Bespoke clinician-reviewed testing
A blood panel designed for you, not the average.
Most off-the-shelf blood test panels are built around the most common case. If you are asking a specific question (perimenopause, suspected low testosterone, post-illness fatigue, pre-HRT baseline, PMOS workup), a custom panel built around your case usually answers the question better.
Custom panels from £275. Designed by a GMC-registered doctor. One blood draw at Harley Street.
Quote within 1 working day · No commitment · Same-day appointments usually available
Onsite laboratory: samples are processed in the same building within minutes of collection, never in external transit. Faster turnaround, no sample degradation, results you can trust.

From request to results, in three steps
No medical knowledge required. No surprise pricing.
Tell us what you want
Send us a list of markers, or just describe what you're trying to understand: perimenopause, fatigue, fertility, low testosterone, post-illness. You do not need to know the medical names.
A doctor designs your panel
A GMC-registered clinician reviews your request, adds or removes markers where clinically sensible, and confirms exactly what will be tested and the final price before you commit. Most custom panels are quoted within 1 working day.
One appointment, one draw
Everything on your bespoke panel is collected in a single blood draw at our Harley Street clinic. Most results clinician-reviewed within 4 hours, with hormone markers taking up to 48 hours.

Why patients choose a custom panel
Only pay for what you need
Skip the markers that do not apply to you. A focused panel built around your actual question is usually better value than an off-the-shelf one.
One appointment, one draw
Everything is collected together in a single blood draw, however many markers you choose. No repeat visits, no repeat needles.
Clinically sense-checked
A GMC-registered doctor reviews your request before it is finalised, so you are not paying for tests that will not tell you anything useful.
Genuinely comprehensive
From everyday hormones and vitamins to specialist and rarely-requested markers, if the lab can run it, we can build it into your panel.
Plain-English written report
Every set of results is reviewed and annotated by a GMC-registered doctor against your symptoms, age, sex, and any medications you have declared. You get a report you can take to your GP or specialist.

Custom panel FAQs
How much does a custom panel actually cost?
It depends on which markers you include. Our recent custom panels have ranged from £275 to £849, with most landing in the £350 to £475 band. Simple targeted workups (e.g. a focused thyroid or iron-and-vitamins panel) come in lower. Comprehensive multi-axis workups (perimenopause with adrenal and metabolic layers, full pre-TRT diagnostic) sit in the upper band. We confirm the exact price in writing before you book, no surprises.
Can a custom panel be cheaper than a fixed panel?
Often, yes. If you only need 4 to 6 specific markers, a custom panel built around just those is usually cheaper than buying a fixed panel with markers you do not need. The opposite is also true: if you would have ticked 10 of the 12 markers on a fixed panel anyway, the fixed panel is usually better value.
What if I don't know which markers I need?
That is completely normal and exactly what our clinicians are for. Describe your symptoms or what you are trying to understand, fatigue, perimenopause, fertility, hair loss, general health, and we will recommend the right markers for your situation. Many of our patients arrive with no marker list at all, just a concern, and leave with a bespoke panel reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. WMG Health is a direct-access private service. You can request a custom panel and book directly with us.
Can I order any blood test I want?
You can build a panel from any combination of the markers on our menu, covering hormones, thyroid, vitamins and minerals, heart and cholesterol, liver and kidney, diabetes, inflammation, and sexual health. A GMC-registered clinician confirms that what you have asked for is appropriate and safe before your panel is finalised. If you need a marker not on the standard menu, ask us and we will check whether the laboratory can run it.
How fast can I get the panel designed and booked?
Most custom panel quotes come back within 1 working day during clinic hours (Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4pm). Same-day appointments at 134 Harley Street are usually available once the panel is agreed.
Will the results be reviewed by a doctor?
Yes. Every set of results is reviewed and annotated by a GMC-registered doctor before being released to you. You get a personalised report with plain-English interpretation, not just a table of numbers against generic reference ranges.
Ready to design your panel?
Send us your marker list or describe your concern. A GMC-registered clinician designs your panel and confirms the price within 1 working day. No commitment, no surprises.
